Private Party Fees

The Riverfront Swim Club is available for private party rentals.

Clubhouse & Gazebo Bar

	Members	$200 Weekdays $275 Friday, Saturday & Sunday
	Non-members	$350 Weekdays $450 Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Riverfront Swimming Pool & Clubhouse/Gazebo Bar   

	Members	$375 plus Lifeguard Fees
	Non-members	$700 plus Lifeguard Fees

Lakeside 

	Members	$275 plus Lifeguard Fees
	Non-members	$550 plus Lifeguard Fees

Business Meeting Rentals 

	Members	$30 per Hour
	Non-members	$40 per Hour

• Not to exceed 25 people
• Meeting must take place between the hours of 9am to 5pm
• 4 hour maximum usage. Available Monday through Thursday
• Meetings cannot be scheduled on a holiday.

The Riverfront Swim Club facilities are available for private rental during normal operational and non-operational hours, with priority given to Club members. Rentals generally are not permitted prior to 6pm on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or on other weekdays that are holidays. Any grouping of 12 or more individuals requires a rental.

The Club’s basic rental package includes use of the rented facility for 4 hours, which includes set-up, the event and clean up. If use exceeds 4 hours, additional rental of $100.00 per hour portion thereof will be charge in addition to staff and lifeguard overtime fees.

Special provisions apply for Children’s Birthday Party rentals, and a separate brochure is available upon request.
