Set your sights on Christmas lights! Join in the holiday spirit by trimming your yard and house with lights and holiday décor. The Riverfront Swim Club invites all Riverfront residents to participate in our annual house decorating contest and judging. Gift certificates to the winning homes. Categories being judged are:

Classic Elegance
Classic & charming white lights that sparkle and glisten throughout the starry night.
Grand Entry
Spruce up the door to your home with garland, greenery & decorative lights.
Whimsical Winter
Create a brightly colored wonderland with inflatables, animals, lights & delights for children of all ages.

5th Annual Holiday Food Drive
Saturday, December 22nd from oon – 3pm
At the Swim Club parking lot
(rain date, Sunday, Dec 23rd same time & place)
It’s time for the annual food drive for the Oasis Food Pantry. They have told us that supplies are exceptionally low again this year! If you can help, please bring non-perishable food items to The Riverfront Swim Club!  While donating food items you can enjoy the live performance of Christmas songs sung by the Nansemond River High School Choir and Breeze Park. If you cannot make it on day, please feel free to drop your donation off at 5101 Keswick Court in the Golf Villages of Harbour View.  If you need help with your donation, call Vic to arrange a pick up at 757-292-6019. Thank you in advance for your generous support!


Christmas Cookies
Coloring Contest

Break out the crayons, paints, pom poms, doo dads, glitter, glue & whatever else you can think of to decorate our Christmas Cookies Coloring Page. There will be a prize for each age group; 5 & under,
6-8, and 9-12. Be sure to submit your entry by Friday, December 21st. Coloring pages will be hung on the clubhouse windows for all to see. Place your votes by December 24th. Winners will be announced & prizes awarded.

Roll out of bed & head to the Club on New Years morning!
Continental Breakfast with hot cocoa & coffee to keep you warm. Then out to the pool we go to recite our polar pledge & take the plunge! For those too chicken to plunge, join us for breakfast & cheering from the sidelines! All plungers receive a Polar Plunge gift. Plungers: $12 for adults, $10 for children, Non Plungers: $4.

Boot Camp with Sandy at Bill Jessee Park
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:00am. Class is interval based so all levels can participate and work at his/her own pace. Sandy is a certified personal trainer. Participants
